Our guards are OSHA certified in construction safety & health and are licensed by the New York State Department of Licensing. Our guards are thoroughly trained and experienced in providing maximum security and reliability. We provide a high tech laser guard tour verification system for use at each site.

Steven K. Broadnax is the Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Solid Foundations LTD, with over 31 years of experience in the security field; focused on safety, privacy and discretion. Steven is dedicated to the security profession and makes use of the most current technologies available. He personally visits each site weekly, to oversee the quality of the company performance.
Steven also has 27 years in construction experience . He is certified in site safety management and is the fire safety director for several locations.
